How our picnics work

Inquire- Fill out our booking form with details on what package you would like, a date, location, time and guest count. Select a date and time and we will review and respond within 48 hours if we have availability.

Planning Session-We will confirm your booking request and go over all the details on pricing, location, guest count, and how we can make your luxury experience a memorable one. Upon approval of both parties, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.

Day of picnic- You will get a message 3-4 days before your picnic to confirm all the details. We will set-up your luxury picnic at your desired destination starting 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. Once the setup is complete, we will send a photo and a message letting you know everything is ready to enjoy. We will greet you and make sure you have everything you need before taking off.

After the picnic-
You will have 2 hours to enjoy your picnic. If you decide to leave early, please send us a message 15 minutes before you decide to take off. We will return to pack and clean everything at the end of your experience so you can continue enjoying the rest of your day.

Luxury Picnics

Pricing- $275/2 and $35 each additional guest 

Your perfectly curated picnic will include the following: the event rentals and creative services from start to finish, beginning with the delivery + set up to the breakdown + clean up. Our picnics include our floor-style tables for guests to sit at (1 table per 4 guests), blanket throws for under the tables, plush cushions/pillows for each guest for floor style seating, (upon request we can bring chairs with backrest instead of pillows) decorations for the table, styling of all tables with boho table decor + styling of the surrounding area. individual plated set up for each guest (cutlery, cup, plate, napkin), a cooler with non-melting ice for beverages, blue tooth speaker, teepee tent, picnic basket, small snack (pretzels or popcorn) and your choice of flat or sparkling water. Add-ons are available, picnic is 2 hours.
